Pricing:
Frank Racing Inc shall sell its products to Buyer at prices established from time to time by Frank Racing Inc which are subject to change without notice prior to Seller's acceptance of Purchase Order as herein above provided. Should any order be scheduled for shipment more than 60 days after the date hereof, Seller reserves the right to invoice the shipment based on the price prevailing on the date of shipment. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Frank Racing Inc, prices quoted to Buyer by Seller are exclusive of any applicable national, state, and local taxes, custom duties, imposts, packaging and handling expenses and freight, transshipment and insurance charges all which shall be the responsibility of Buyer.

Frank Racing Inc accepts the following:

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Money Order and Check.

Credit Cards:
All credit card purchases are verified using your billing address for your protection. If would like us to ship your order to an address other than your billing address, please call your credit card company to add that shipping address onto your account. Credit card will be charged when order is processed.

Service Fees and Collection Costs:
There shall be a charge to Buyer a delinquency and service fee in the amount set forth on the face hereof amounts due Seller including in any kind of insufficient funds or returned checks, computed fore each twenty-four (24) hour period during which payment remains in arrears. Such discounts as may from time to time be offered by Seller to Seller's customer shall not be made available to Buyer while any payments owed by Buyer to Seller remain in arrears. Buyer shall pay, or reimburse Seller for, any and all costs and expenses incurred by Seller for, any and all costs and expenses incurred by Seller in the collection of any amounts due hereunder, including, without limitation, the cost of any court proceedings or arbitration and attorneys' fee.

• Credit Card fraud is a serious matter as prices increase because of the loss incurred to hard working businesses and innocent card holders.
• Frank Racing Inc will prosecute fraudulent users to the maximum extent possible. A collection agency will be employed to take necessary action.
• All evidence relating to fraudulent orders will also be reported to the IFCC, a program enforced by the FBI. The local authorities will also be notified.

Availability:
Product availability, design and prices are subject to change without notice, but are deemed reliable at press time. Some orders may require shipping delays due to unavailability of stock on hand. To check stock, please call us.

Back Orders / Special Orders:
If products in your order are not in stock, they will be placed on back order from the manufacturer for you. Back order items are items in short supply and will be shipped as soon as product becomes available. Please contact us to verify back order status. No exchanges, refunds, or cancellations on special order items or custom items.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping will be made via UPS, USPS Priority Service, FedEX or ground freight. Shipping Rates vary from item to item depending on weight, size, and destination of item(s). We deal orders within the U.S.A. and Internationally (Additional fees may apply). 

• Shipping costs of the packages are the responsibility of the customer.
Frank Racing Inc is not liable for damages caused by service carrier. All items are shipped with insurance based on the selling value of the item at time of shipment.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable. This applies to returned items as we will only refund the amount of the price of the product returned (also subject to 20% restocking fee).

Return & Exchange Policy:
All return and exchange request must be made within 7 days of your original delivery date. All returns and exchanges must be received back within 14 calendar days of your order after a request has been approved. All returns must be authorized and must have an Return Authorization Number (RAN) issued by Frank Racing Inc. Your RAN is valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issuance and your product must be received by us within this given time. Please contact us by e-mail (provide order number and description) to request an RAN number and return instructions. We are not responsible for products returned to us without this authorization.

• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• All returns and exchange requests MUST be made within 7 days of original delivery date by telephone ONLY. Please inspect items immediately when received.
• No returns are allowed on products that have been installed, or changed from their original condition.
• All returns must be in its original packaging and in saleable condition.
• Non-product related fees (shipping, handling, transaction, and insurance) are non-refundable.
• No returns accepted on special ordered items.

Your Return Authorization Number does not guarantee product replacement nor refund. Once the return item is received, it's condition will be inspected before final acceptance. If a return is approved, a refund is then authorized which will be issued by check or credit card.

Delivery time:
Delivery times varies from product to product. Please ask your sales rep for an estimated shipping time. Orders made with personal or company checks are placed on hold until payment is completed by the customer's bank. Shipments to P.O. Boxes may take slightly longer if available at all. Backordered orders remain pending until they can be fulfilled or unless customer cancels order before product becomes available to ship.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DEFINITIONS: The following terms and conditions contained herein, including those set forth in the price, product, mail order, and shipping policies shall have the meaning set forth below.
a) "Seller" and "Buyer" shall mean, respectively, Frank Racing Inc and the individual or entity for whose account a Purchase Order has been placed with Seller.
b) "Product" and "Purchase Order" shall mean respectively, the sale of the merchandise and an oral or written offer to purchase products sold by Seller submitted to Seller by or on behalf of Buyer.

ACCEPTANCE OF PURCHASE ORDERS:
Each Purchase Order placed with Seller shall be subject to acceptance by Seller. Acceptance will be deemed to occur only upon execution by Seller of an invoice or specific written confirmation of sale in respect of the Purchase Order in question. In the event of any conflict or other inconsistency between the provisions hereof and any Purchase Order, the provisions hereof shall govern in all respects and any conflicting or consistent provisions in said Purchase Order shall be deemed null and void and without effect.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:
Many products sold by the Seller come with limited warranty provided by the manufacturer. As between the Buyer and the Seller, all products are SOLD AS IS, without warranty. Seller makes no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, with regard to the product identified on the attached invoice. Neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of the products. Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty included with the product to determine the remedies in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship. All products have different warranty period from different manufacturer; a copy of the applicable warranty is available prior to sale upon request. Seller only responsible for any warranty on any product is limited to send the Buyer's product to the manufacturer to be replaced or repair within one month of original purchase. Buyer is responsible to claim any warranty on any product after one month of original purchase. Many Automotive Manufacturers will not accept any liability for damages resulting from installation of parts and accessories not approved by that Automotive Manufacturer in advance and may cause extensive damage to the vehicle, adversely affecting its safety and affect the validity of those Automotive Manufacturers' Warranty. Buyer responsible for reading Automotive Manufacturer owner manual warranty or see the Automotive Dealer for further information regarding those warranties. Seller is not responsible for any warranty voided by those Automotive Manufacturer or Automotive Dealers.

Off-Road Product Disclosure:
All engine modification parts maybe illegal in some parts of the United States  and for racing or off-road purposes only and may never be used upon a public highway. Most parts have been designed and are intended for off-road use only. Federal and many State laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device using or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on a public highways. Buyers are responsible to check their local and state laws regarding use of such products. If such laws are violated, the state or local government in which the Buyer is present will subject to fines and/or penalties issue Buyers. Installation of such products may void the warranty coverage, if any, on Buyer's vehicle.

Force Majeure:
Seller shall be excused from liability for unusual delays or failure to deliver or fill any Purchase order where caused by acts of God, strikes, labor difficulties, fires, floods, accidents, allocation controls, defaults of common carries including shortage of trucks or any other means of transportation, fuels, materials, labor, other cause beyond Seller's reasonable control or any loss or damage arising there from whether not similar in kind or class to those mentioned. Seller will have the additional option, in the event of occurrence of any of the above contingencies, to cancel any sales agreement, or any portion thereof, without resulting liability.
